By prioritising our people, our mission is to provide the highest standards of care, to as many elderly residents as possible
OUR HOMES
Our homes are all original period properties with character, at the heart of the local communities which they serve. We endeavour to retain as many of the original features as we can, whilst sympathetically extending, modernising and refurbishing the buildings, to enhance the standard of living for all our residents.
This helps us to achieve, what we believe is the optimum size for a care home (40-50 residents), in terms of balancing the culture and community offered by them, with the facilities they offer. We also ensure that all of our homes, offer attractive private grounds, for the use of our residents and their visitors.

OUR AIMS
- For all our homes to have a team turnover rate of less than 30% per year
- For over 50% of all our team to have a Diploma in Care Qualification
- For all our homes to be rated Good or Outstanding by CQC and all other Regulatory bodies
- For all our homes to have a Jasmine Compliance Score of over 85% at all times
- For all our homes to have a www.carehomes.co.uk Rating of over 9.5 out of 10
- For all our homes to be over 95% occupied, so that as many residents as possible can enjoy our high standards of care

Jasmine Healthcare provides a combination of nursing, residential and dementia care across its six homes. Our homes are all original period properties with character, at the heart of the local communities which they serve.
Orchard Court Care Home in Brigg has unveiled their new on-site hair and beauty salon, created in loving memory of a much-adored resident, Margaret Bennett. 💚
The salon, named Bennett’s Beauty, was officially opened last week by the Mayor of Brigg, Penny Smith, in a special ceremony attended by Margaret’s family, team members, residents and residents' families.
The salon offers residents a relaxing space to enjoy any hairdressing services, alongside a fabulous nail bar. 💅 The project was inspired by Margaret’s vibrant personality and her love of looking and feeling her best. 💕
The mayor praised Orchard Court for their thoughtful tribute, highlighting the importance of creating spaces that support wellbeing and community in residential care homes.
Margaret’s family thanked the team for the touching tribute. “It means so much to see her remembered in this way,” a relative shared. “She would have absolutely loved this.”.
Orchard Court's Manager, Tracy, reflected on Margaret's impact: “She believed that a simple trip to the salon could brighten your whole day. We wanted to create something lasting in her memory that would continue to bring that same joy to others.”
As the first residents tried out the new salon, it was a joy to see Margarat's legacy reflected by not just the salon itself, but the joy experienced by our residents 🥰

Best visitors ever?! We think so 🐾
Yesterday, Woola the therapy dog joined St Andrew's Nursing & Care Home for an afternoon of fuss and cuddles 🥰 Our residents absolutely loved connecting with Woola and chatting about her rescue journey, her life with her mum Seren, and sharing stories about treasured furry family members of the past. 🐶
Therapy dogs play an important part across our homes at Jasmine Healthcare, supporting emotional wellbeing, encouraging conversation, and bringing smiles and laughter that last long after the visit - for our team as well as our residents!!
A huge thank you to Seren from Top and Tails, Pet Care Services for bringing Woola along - you are both welcome again anytime 😍
